About pricing
One participant equals one respondent who completed LEO26 in a campaign that has been closed and whose score is locked. Partial answers, test forms, and respondents in campaigns still open are not charged. Each participant is charged exactly once even if the scores are rebuilt many times, because the usage ledger allows only one row per respondent.
The usage row for that cycle is marked cancelled with its reason, and is left out of the invoice. The row is not deleted — it stays in the ledger so you can review every charge and cancellation when disputing an invoice.
Yes. The per-participant rate and base fee are copied into your subscription at sign-up, so our price changes never quietly alter an existing contract. Switching plan updates the rates from the next billing period.
No. Each consultancy operates in its own tenant space and queries are filtered by tenant at the database layer. Staff at another firm cannot see your organisations, respondents, or reports.
Your account moves to a paid subscription on the plan you selected, and the first invoice is issued on the next billing date. If you would rather not continue, your data stays readable and exportable before the account is suspended.
